Side slits are well-placed and dimensioned so that they work well through movement arts without snagging on me or any equipment.
Fabric is low stretch (about 5%), and does loosen up slightly (less than 5%) with movement. It tends to tighten back up after washing (delicate cycle, no dryer).
Me: waist 27”+- bloat, hips 35+- bloat, inseam 30”, approx 13/14” torso (c7 to iliac crest) , 8” crotch rise, 4’10” height.
My girth is XS on non bloaty days & S when bloated. The XS length fits my leg length best BUT the XS crotch rise and gusset dimension/placement is off (it’s tight!). I think the S and XS might be best for junior/teen/tween women sizes or women with smaller frames than I have.
Since the fabric doesn’t give much, it helps that the pants waist is high. I’ve attached a vid/pic of me in the XS. They are a bit long so the S is even worse. I start with the crotch freshly situated but you’ll see that it’s wedgied up after a minute 😂.
Also, I have a few pairs and they are roughly about .25” to .5” different in waist, crotch rise and length. I love these pants and would recommend them but please note the fit nuances.

Everyone compliments me on these pants. I wear them for Vinyasa or on hikes. I do find during practice sometimes the material can bunch up and get in the way, other than that they're great for yoga. I would size up though, when I first purchased these I was 10-15lbs heavier than I am now and they fit snug (like leggings) but still fit. Now they're more flowy how I expected them to be so size up if that's what you're going for.

I live in Ontario, Canada. It took a long time to get my order (pandemic played a factor) and my order was sent to the wrong address. The customer service was very mediocre and lacked empathy. The pants are very cute but not the material I was expecting. I would not consider these sweat proof and recommend being very selective on the type of undies you wear (pending your body type). I am a quad dominant individual so they do not flow the way I expected.
