We totally get it—mistakes happen! 

Our fulfillment process moves super quickly to get your order out the door, which means there’s only a short window—usually within less than an 1 hour of placing your order—to make any cancellations.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or need to update something, please email us at info@namaclo.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our very best to help.

Once your order begins processing, we’re no longer able to make changes or cancel it. If it’s already been shipped, don’t worry—you can check out our Return & Exchange Policy for post-delivery options or reach out with any questions.

We make shopping easier by displaying and collecting payments in your local currency based on your selected shipping country. At checkout, you’ll be charged in the currency shown—no surprises!

Shipping and Delivery

We’re a Canadian-founded brand  and to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible, we ship from two fulfillment centers—one in Canada and one in Nevada, USA.

Most orders are sent from our U.S. warehouse to help reduce shipping times, especially for our international customers. It’s all part of our effort to make your experience easy and stress-free from checkout to delivery.

We ship to Canada, the US and globally with the exception of Russia, Iraq, Isreal and Ukraine.

With fulfillment centers in both Canada and the U.S., we’re able to offer smooth, reliable shipping to customers. Please also note that currently we do not ship to PO boxes.

We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible! 

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EDT typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day.

During weekends, holidays, or busy times like special promotions (hello, Black Friday & Cyber Monday!), processing may take a little longer. Around holidays, please allow an extra 2–3 business days.

Here’s what to expect for standard shipping:

📦 Canadian orders: 5–12 business days

  2. Head to your Account Dashboard to see your recent orders.
  3. Click “View Order” next to the one you’d like to track.
  4. Then, click “Track Your Order” to see the latest updates on its journey to you!

Also note that when your order ships, we do send you a tracking number.

We do offer free shipping to both Canada and the US for orders above $150. International shipping fees are confirmed once you enter your address as checkout.

We’re so excited to ship to our customers around the world! 

Just a quick note: all international packages (shipped outside the U.S. and Canada) may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival.

While we do our very best to avoid these extra costs for you, any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will vary by country.

We recommend checking your local customs website for more details so there are no surprises.

NAMA Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your NAMA pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Please note that returns requested after the 30-day window cannot be accepted and will need to be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Items marked down by 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

For hygiene reasons, all bodysuits and underwear are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

As soon as it reaches our warehouse, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit for the value of the returned items. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once received.
