NAMA Return & Exchange Policy
- Products can be returned for exchange, store credit or can be refunded within 30 days of receiving your order
- Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags, labels, and packaging attached
- Returns made outside of the 30-day return policy will not be accepted by NAMA returns and will need to be shipped back to you at your expense.
- All items discounted by 30% or greater are final sale. They will not be eligible for exchange, store credit and refund
- All Bodysuits and underwear are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
Return for Store Credit – You may return your order for a store credit that never expires. The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost
Return for Refund -Once your return is received and verified, please allow 10 -14 business day for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. You will also receive an automated email confirmation for your records. The refund will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees
Cost Of Shipping
- USA and Canadian Customers will receive free shipping. NAMA will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
- We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or return
- International customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred

- We provide Free Returns within USA and Canada

When will my return/exchange be processed?
- Once we received the tracking number of your return parcel we will keep an eye out for your return. Once the package is received by our warehouse we will release the store-credit valued to the amount of the pieces returned or proceed the exchange
- What if my product arrives damaged? faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will personally assist you to quickly resolve the issue and replace the damaged item
- We do not offer refunds unless the item you received is deemed faulty by NAMA
- Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements
- NAMAis not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- By placing an order you are acknowledging and accepting all the international shipping terms by the carrier
